Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

One of the easiest and quickest chicken noodle soup recipes I have seen.

Ingredients

  • 4 C chicken broth
  • 10 baby carrots cut in halves or quarters
  • 1 stalk celery sliced
  • 1 cup uncooked medium egg noodles
  • 1 cup cooked chicken cubed

Directions

  1. Combine broth, carrots, and celery in saucepan. Heat to a boil.
  2. Stir in noodles and chicken. Cook over medium heat until noodles are done (about 10 minutes).
  3. Season with pepper to taste.
