Yogurt Lemon Pie Recipe

Wonderful yogurt pie recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups (16 oz.) plain yogurt
  • 1 package (3.4 oz.) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 pie shell (9 in.), baked
  • Whipped topping
  • lemon peel strips, optional

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth; stir in yogurt.
  2. Add pudding mix and blend until mixture begins to thicken. Pour into crust.
  3. Garnish with whipped topping and lemon strips if desired. Makes 8 servings.
