Praline Sundaes Recipe

An easy to make praline sundae recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 2 T. light corn syrup
  • Dash salt
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Ice Cream

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, marshmallows, corn syrup and salt. Cook and stir over low heat until marshmallows are melted and mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat; cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in evaporated milk, pecans and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Serve over ice cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator. Makes 2 1/2 cups topping
