Won Tons Recipe

Won Tons make a great appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 package won ton wrappers
  • 1 pound ground round
  • 1 can mushrooms, diced
  • 2/3 cup grated cheese

Directions

  1. Brown meat, then drain.
  2. In a medium size bowl mix meat, mushrooms and cheese. Place 1 teaspoon filling on each won ton wrapper. Using fingers, dampen all corners of wrapper. Pinch diagonal corners together to make a square. Fry in 1 inch of grease. Brown on bottom, turn and brown top. These cook very fast. Drain on paper towel before putting into serving dish.
  3. To reheat, repeat frying process.
