Seafood Quiche Recipe

A great quiche recipe that works well with fresh or frozen shrimp. Crabmeat can be substituted in as well

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. half & half
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Cook shrimp and drain.
  2. Mix eggs, cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Saute onions in butter until soft.
  4. Add to egg mixture along with shrimp.
  5. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serves 6.
