Decorative Cheese Mold Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 pound cream cheese, softened
• 1 pound sharp cheese, grated
• Garlic salt, to taste
• 6 drops Tabasco® sauce
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• Salt, to taste

Directions

1. Beat ingredients together until smooth. Spoon into 4-cup mold and chill. Freeze and remove from mold while frozen (dip in very warm water).
2. Serve as spread for crackers.
