Pecan Muffins Recipe

This is an easy recipe for quick pecan muffins.

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

1. Mix ingredients and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes in greased muffin pans.
2. Makes 12 regular or 24 miniature muffins.
