Party Toast Cups Recipe

Try these little Toast Cups at your next get-together. Serve with the appetizer spread.

Ingredients

  • Fresh white bread
  • Butter or margarine

Directions

  1. Using a biscuit cutter, cut slices of fresh white bread into 2-inch diameter rounds. Roll rounds flat with rolling pin. Melt butter or margarine and brush inside of small muffin tin. Fit bread rounds into cups, handling carefully to avoid tearing. Brush inside of bread cups with butter. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 15 minutes or just until lightly and evenly browned. Remove from muffin tins immediately.
  2. Yields 4 dozen toast cups which will serve 20.
