Hot Artichoke Spread Recipe

This artichoke spread is delicious on herb bread or serve as a dip with crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  2. Serve warm with crackers and/or toast points.
