Chile-lime Wings Recipe

We like to eat wings during football games. This chile-lime marinade is one of my favorite recipes.

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 7 ounces green chiles, diced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Puree chiles in food processor.
  2. Mix all ingredients together adding cayenne to your desired heat level.
  3. Marinate wings for 2 to 8 hours.
  4. Grill and baste often with marinade.
