Pineapple Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies are easy to make, plus they're healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons liquid sweetener
  • Mint leaves (optional)

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Freeze pineapple chunks.
  2. Place juice, buttermilk, vanilla extract, sweetener and frozen pineapple into a blender container. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint, if desired.
