Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe

- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 8 ounces nonfat milk
- 2 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate
- Dash ground cinnamon
- 1/2 whole green apple, seeded and cut into pieces
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. You can add ice while blending if desired.
- Makes 1 (12 ounce) serving.
