Banana Orange Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies are so easy to make, and this Banana Orange version is healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 ice cube

Directions

  1. Combine all of the above in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Makes a natural and delicious breakfast or snack.
