Cinnamon Apple Smoothie Recipe

A delicious smoothie perfect for the fall when apples are in season.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 small apple
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Handful of ice cubes

Directions

  1. Wash and peel apple. Remove seeds, and cut into cubes. Add all ingredients to blender, and blend for one minute.
  2. Serves 1.
