Coconut Praline Toast Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons half-and-half
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 6 slices bread (your favorite for toasting)
Directions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add sugar, half-and-half, vanilla extract and coconut. Mix well.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Toast bread on one side. Spread coconut mixture on untoasted side. Broil until topping is lightly browned - about 3 minutes.
