Trail Mix Recipe

Simple trail mix that makes a great snack for a picnic, or a walk on a trail!

Ingredients

  • 1 c. granola cereal
  • 1/2 c. salted sunflower kernels
  • 1/2 c. salted roasted soy beans
  • 1/2 c. chopped dates
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix cereal, sunflower kernels, soy beans, dates and raisins with a wooden spoon.
  2. Store in a jar or a plastic container with a tight lid. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
