Sugarfree Cranberry Relish Recipe

I love cranberry relish but it is usually loaded with sugar. This recipe uses the natural sugars from orange juice as a substitute

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cranberries
  • 2 apples
  • 1 c. orange juice

Directions

  1. Grind together the cranberries and apples, using a sweet apple. (May also use blender).
  2. Add orange juice, chopped nuts and sweetener to taste.
  3. Refrigerate several hours before using.
