This Raspberry Julius Smoothie is healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat raspberry yogurt
  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened quartered strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1/3 cup powdered milk

Directions

  1. Combine yogurt and low-fat milk in a blender. Add all remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
