Key Lime Smoothie Recipe

Beat the heat this summer by serving these Key Lime Smoothies!

Ingredients

  • 1 small box Jell-O Brand Lime Flavor Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup boiling water Ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping

Directions

  1. Place gelatin in blender container. Add boiling water; cover, venting lid. Blend on low speed 1 minute or until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 1/2 cups. Add to blender container along with the whipped topping; cover. Blend on medium speed until thickened and well blended.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
  4. Great Substitute: Prepare as directed, using your favorite flavor JELL-O Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin.
