Southwest Smoothie Recipe

A really simple, healthy and delicious smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup mango, papaya or guava, chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender container; cover and process on high speed until smooth. Strain if using mango.
