Eggnog Bread Recipe

This bread is a great way to use up your leftover eggnog after the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package yeast
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon dark corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup non-alcoholic eggnog

Directions

  1. Put the ingredients into the bread maker in the order listed, set the machine to a regular bake cycle and start.
  2. Makes 1 loaf.
