Hot, Hot Jalapeno Bread Recipe
This is a simple bread machine recipe for anyone who likes a little spice!

Ingredients
- 1 (5/16 ounce) package yeast
- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 1 cup bread flour
- 2 tablespoons or less chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 tablespoon Monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 7/8 cup water
Directions
- Put all ingredients, in the order given, into the bread pan, select WHITE bread and push Start.
- NOTE: Use fewer jalapenos for a milder bread.
- Makes 1 loaf, 8 slices.
