Sour Cream Biscuits Recipe
Sour cream gives these biscuits a nice flavor and texture.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons water
Directions
- Mix together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Add sour cream and mix to a soft dough. Add additional water if necessary. With well floured hands shape dough into round biscuit shapes. Bake in a preheated 450 degree F oven for 12 minutes.
