Spicy Beef and Sausage Dip Recipe

Great filling dip for most casual get togethers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb sausage (spicy/hot if desired)
  • 1 large onion
  • 16 oz can bean dip
  • 4 1/2 oz can green chile peppers (spicy/hot if desired)
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 8 oz salsa (as spicy as desired)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Brown beef, sausage, and onion. Drain
  3. Combine salsa and chili peppers in separate bowl
  4. In 9x9 baking dish, layer bean dip, then meat/onion mixture, then cheese, then salsa combination
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and looks nice and greasy
  6. Serve with your favorite corn chip
