Spicy Beef and Sausage Dip Recipe
Great filling dip for most casual get togethers
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb sausage (spicy/hot if desired)
- 1 large onion
- 16 oz can bean dip
- 4 1/2 oz can green chile peppers (spicy/hot if desired)
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 8 oz salsa (as spicy as desired)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Brown beef, sausage, and onion. Drain
- Combine salsa and chili peppers in separate bowl
- In 9x9 baking dish, layer bean dip, then meat/onion mixture, then cheese, then salsa combination
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and looks nice and greasy
- Serve with your favorite corn chip
