Cinnamon Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soft butter or margarine
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Soften butter and sugar together in microwave. Beat in eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and allspice, and stir gently into wet mix, alternating with the milk.
- Pour into greased muffin pans (never fill more than 1/2-1/3 full) Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until wooden pick comes out dry. Cool before removing from pan.
- Makes 15-16 muffins.
