Mussels and more Recipe

Mussles with ingredents right at home

Ingredients

  • Mussels
  • Basil
  • Garlic
  • Lemon pepper
  • Extra virgin oil
  • Peas
  • Spaghetti
  • Pineapple juice
  • Red peppers

Directions

  1. In a large skillet add 1c extra virgin oil, 1/2 tsp of basil, garlic, & lemon pepper in to the skillet. Slowly adding the mussels 5 at a time to fry (depending on your liking for mussles you can use 5-15 of them) letting them cook until done. setting them asside drain the oil mixture. Then take a cup (or depending how much you are wanting to make) of water in to the same skillet boiling so that you can add the speghetti. Drain the speghetti, put back into the skillet, add 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, speghetti, peas and mussels. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stiring as often as nessesary. Drain add to plate garnish with dry crushed pepper or fresh red peppers your choice.
