Broccoli Balls Recipe

Great little appetizer, something a little different

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. broccoli cutlets, cooked & drained
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 6 eggs, beaten

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Chill for 1 hour.
  3. Roll into small balls.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. Mix can be made the day before and kept refrigerated.
