Spicy Green Sauce Recipe
I am kind of a sucker for new sauces. I'll try just about any one if I think it can spice up a Mexican or Southwestern dish. Drop this on the table at your next party and watch it disappear. If you like spicy, feel free to toss an extra jalopena in to the saucepan.

Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 3 medium green tomatoes
- 4 tomatillos
- 3 garlic cloves
- Several cilantro sprigs
- 2 or 3 jalapenos
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
Directions
- Boil tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic, and jalapenos for 15 minutes over medium heat in an ample saucepan
- While the tomatos are boiling, peel your avacados and place in a blender.
- Pour contents of saucepan into the blender and blend until the mixture is close to smooth.
- Add sour cream and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
