BBQ Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

These fresh veggies, BBQ chicken and rice will be one big hit!

Ingredients

  • chicken breast
  • potato's
  • garlic
  • green peppers
  • red peppers
  • onions
  • BBQ sauce
  • rice
  • butter or spray butter
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
  • season salt

Directions

  1. Slice about 6-8 chicken breast
  2. In a seperate bowl slice up fresh potatoes to your desired size.
  3. In another bowl slice up green peppers with red peppers and onion and any other veggies you prefer.
  4. In a pan add your chicken and a dash of vegetable oil; cook it until it is done.
  5. in another pan add your potato's to cook until they are soft.
  6. Add in another pan about 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Once it is boiling add on about 3 cups of rice fluff with a fork and set aside to soften.
  7. Add in a pan all your veggies along with some butter. Cook until they are soft to your desire
  8. Once your chicken has cooked drain all the chicken juice in a pan and add BBQ sauce to your taste. Cook up until it is hot.
  9. Once all things have cooked put the rice on a plate with the chicken spread over it and add your veggies and potatoes. Then sprinkle with the sauce and serve and enjoy.
