BBQ Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
These fresh veggies, BBQ chicken and rice will be one big hit!

Ingredients
- chicken breast
- potato's
- garlic
- green peppers
- red peppers
- onions
- BBQ sauce
- rice
- butter or spray butter
- vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- season salt
Directions
- Slice about 6-8 chicken breast
- In a seperate bowl slice up fresh potatoes to your desired size.
- In another bowl slice up green peppers with red peppers and onion and any other veggies you prefer.
- In a pan add your chicken and a dash of vegetable oil; cook it until it is done.
- in another pan add your potato's to cook until they are soft.
- Add in another pan about 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Once it is boiling add on about 3 cups of rice fluff with a fork and set aside to soften.
- Add in a pan all your veggies along with some butter. Cook until they are soft to your desire
- Once your chicken has cooked drain all the chicken juice in a pan and add BBQ sauce to your taste. Cook up until it is hot.
- Once all things have cooked put the rice on a plate with the chicken spread over it and add your veggies and potatoes. Then sprinkle with the sauce and serve and enjoy.
