Cream Cheese Never Fail Pound Cake Recipe

This wonderful pound cake is very easy and you can beat it to death and it never fails. Enjoy it with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.

Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese Pound Cake(Never-fail)
  • Ingredients:
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • pinch salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

  2. Have cream cheese and margarine at room temperature. Cream together. Add sugar gradually, beating well. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Sift and gradually add flour slowly. Add salt and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Bake in a tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remember-beat this cake to death!! It cannot hurt it :}
