Salmon Pie Recipe
Easy, quick and tasty salmon pie.

Ingredients
- Puff pastry sheets
- 1 large can pink salmon
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml cream
- Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon juice
- Parmesan cheese grated
Directions
- Put puff pastry sheets in a pie dish or (pref.) a spring baking tray.
- Make little holes in the pastry bottom with a fork.
- Crumble salmon over the pastry.
- Beat eggs with cream, Italian herbs, some salt and pepper and a bit of lemon juice.
- Poor it over the salmon.
- Cover the pie with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 40 minutes in an oven of 200oC.
