Salmon Pie Recipe

Easy, quick and tasty salmon pie.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry sheets
  • 1 large can pink salmon
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml cream
  • Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Parmesan cheese grated

Directions

  1. Put puff pastry sheets in a pie dish or (pref.) a spring baking tray.
  2. Make little holes in the pastry bottom with a fork.
  3. Crumble salmon over the pastry.
  4. Beat eggs with cream, Italian herbs, some salt and pepper and a bit of lemon juice.
  5. Poor it over the salmon.
  6. Cover the pie with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes in an oven of 200oC.
