Corn Chowder Casserole Recipe

Asked for this recipe at a cookover from a friend--EXCELLENT!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 (8.5 oz) box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Mix egg with cup of sour cream.
  2. Add can of wh. kernel corn, creamed corn and corn muffin mix.
  3. On bottom of pan, melt 1 stick margarine.
  4. Place mixture on top.
  5. Bake 325 degrees for 45 min.
  6. Mix in cup of shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-15 min. more.
  8. Enjoy! :)
