Rice and Chicken Dip Recipe
A great dip recipe that was given to my mom and now that I'm using. Is great when used with triscuits or wheat thin crackers! :)

Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz) jars artichoke hearts w/oil (opt)
- 1 pkg. chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. rice-a-roni (Chicken Herb)
- 3 or 4 chopped green onions
- 1/2 diced green pepper
- 1 cup mayo
Directions
- Cook chicken thoroughly on stovetop and chop into pieces. (save broth)
- Follow Rice directions on package.
- Chop artichokes, pepper, and onions
- To Mayo, add oil from artichokes and broth from chicken.
- Mix ALL together
- May serve warm or chilled
