Rice and Chicken Dip Recipe

A great dip recipe that was given to my mom and now that I'm using. Is great when used with triscuits or wheat thin crackers! :)

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz) jars artichoke hearts w/oil (opt)
  • 1 pkg. chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. rice-a-roni (Chicken Herb)
  • 3 or 4 chopped green onions
  • 1/2 diced green pepper
  • 1 cup mayo

Directions

  1. Cook chicken thoroughly on stovetop and chop into pieces. (save broth)
  2. Follow Rice directions on package.
  3. Chop artichokes, pepper, and onions
  4. To Mayo, add oil from artichokes and broth from chicken.
  5. Mix ALL together
  6. May serve warm or chilled
