Easy Seafood Chowder Recipe
Cream base soup with canned seafood

Ingredients
- 2 cans chicken stock
- 1 pkg instant mash potatoes
- 1/2 tbsp dried parsley(opt)
- 1 or 2 cans baby shirmp
- 1 or 2 cans crabmeat
- 1 or 2 cans clams
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Pour stock in a large pot. whisk in potaoes. bring to a slight boil. reduce heat and remaining ingredients. simmer 5 min. serve with crackers.
- Note: can omit or add any canned seafood. if not enough liquid add more chicken stock.
