Easy Seafood Chowder Recipe

Cream base soup with canned seafood

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chicken stock
  • 1 pkg instant mash potatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp dried parsley(opt)
  • 1 or 2 cans baby shirmp
  • 1 or 2 cans crabmeat
  • 1 or 2 cans clams
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Pour stock in a large pot. whisk in potaoes. bring to a slight boil. reduce heat and remaining ingredients. simmer 5 min. serve with crackers.
  2. Note: can omit or add any canned seafood. if not enough liquid add more chicken stock.
