Dijon pork chops Recipe
The mustardy crust on these pork chops is so flavorful.

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- pinch salt
- teaspoon steak seasoning
- 2 tsps olive oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Directions
- Blend dijon mustard, salt, steak seasoning and 2 tsps olive oil.
- With pastry brush brush mustard mix liberally over one side of pork chops.
- Heat olive oil in non stick skillet.
- Add pork chops mustard side down and then spread mustard mix on other side of pork chop.
- Cook on med high for 10 minutes before turning so leaves a nice crust.
- Turn over and finish cooking on other side.
