Creamed Cucumbers Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 med. cucumbers
• 1/2 c. sweet cream
• 1/3 c. vinegar
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 1 med. onion, thinly sliced

Directions

1. Peel and slice cucumbers and onions. Soak in salt water for 1/2 hour.
2. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Mix other ingredients. Pour over cucumbers.
