Healthier French Fries Recipe
As far as french fries go, these are definitely healthier french fries. They taste just as good as the fatty fries, without all of the unhealthy fat.
Recipe Ingredients
- Peeled potatoes
- Olive oil (EVOO)
- Vineger
- Sea Salt
Directions
- Peel 2-5 potatoes
- Cut the peeled potatoes into french fry shapes about a centemeter thick
- Measure how many cups of potatoes you have
- For every cup add two tablespoons of olive oil and one teaspoon of vineger
- Put all ingredients in a frying pan
- Add a pinch of sea salt
- Turn on stove to a medium high setting
- Cook until the skin is golden brown
- Drain any excess oil or vineger (or place on thick paper towels that will absorb the excess oil)
- Add another dash of sea salt
- Serve while still warm
