Stuffing Covered Pork Chops Recipe

You will not find a much easier pork chop dish to make than this. If you are cooking for someone who is not a stuffing fan, it is easy enough to just prepare their pork chop without the stuffing in the same baking dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork chops or butterfly loins
  • Prepared Stuffing mix, 1 serving per chop

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Place pork chops in a baking dish, salt and pepper as desired
  3. Cover each pork chop with prepared stuffing
  4. Cover dish and bake for 1 hour
