Chili Spaghetti Recipe

Such a simple chili recipe with a twist. Spaghetti in your chilli is actually very good

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 cups tomato juice
  • 1 can (16-ounces) kidney beans, rinsed & drained
  • 6 ounces spaghetti, broken into 3 in. pieces
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 to 3 t. chili powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper

Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 F. for 65-70 minutes or until spaghetti is just tender.
  2. Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
