Chili Spaghetti Recipe
Such a simple chili recipe with a twist. Spaghetti in your chilli is actually very good

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 1 can (16-ounces) kidney beans, rinsed & drained
- 6 ounces spaghetti, broken into 3 in. pieces
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 to 3 t. chili powder
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 F. for 65-70 minutes or until spaghetti is just tender.
- Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
