Easy Chicken Tarragon Recipe
A very quick and easy chicken tarragon recipe. Give it a try, I think you'll like it.

Ingredients
- 3-4 pound cut up chicken (with or without skin)
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken (may use low fat and/or low salt)
- Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon( fresh is best)
- Two generous tsps. dried tarragon(do not use fresh)
Directions
- Place cleaned and dried chicken in one layer in 9x12 pan or any appropriate oven baking dish.
- Spread both cans of soup right from the can over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and terragon.
- Bake in 375 degrees for 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hours until chicken registers 180 degrees or juices run clear. I cover with foil for 1/2 of the cooking time.
- Pour pan juices over chicken and rice or mashed potatoes. Yum!
