Curry Fondue Dip Recipe

If you like fondue, you will surely like this fondue dip/sauce. I like it on beef or pigs in a blanket. This is a great hot oil fondue dipping sauce!

Ingredients

• 1 C mayonaisse
• 1 C sour cream
• 1 t lemon juice
• 2 t curry (you can add more if you like)

Directions

1. Mix mayonaisse and sour cream throroughly. Do not over whip, just ensure that the mixture is smooth
2. Mix in lemon juice
3. Mix in curry - I like to add more curry, and better curries make this dip even more tastey
4. Let stand at least an hour in the refrigerator -- mixing up an entire day early works better for me
