Hummus Recipe
Such a simple dip to make. Hummus is great to have around the house as a snack . You can dip any type of cracker in hummus, but I prefer a wheat thin type cracker.

Ingredients
- 31 oz (2 cans) Chick Peas drained, but reserve liquid
- 6 tb Tahini
- 1/3 c Lemon Juice (or to taste)
- 3 Large Cloves Garlic (peeled and pressed)
- Dash Salt
- Dash Fresh Ground Pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.
- Blend to a smooth, creamy paste.
- Taste and add more lemon juice, garlic or salt to suit your taste.
- It should be the creamy consistency of mashed potatoes.
- Thin with reserved chick pea liquid if necessary.
