Horseradish Sauce Recipe

Horseradish sauce is a great sauce for just about any beef recipe... wonderful on hamburgers!

Recipe Ingredients

• 1/4 C Sour Cream
• 1 T Prepared Mustard
• 2 1/2 T Prepared Horseradish
• 1/8 t Salt

Directions

1. Combine sour cream, horseradish, mustard and salt in small bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate.
