Rice with Garlic and Pine Nuts Recipe

Pine nuts are a regular ingredient we add to our recipes. This recipe does a fine job of mixing the garlic and pine nut flavors.

Ingredients

  • 4 T Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Garlic Puree (1 Roasted Head)
  • 4 c Cooked Regular Rice
  • 3/4 c Pine Nuts
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a wide skillet
  2. Swirl in the garlic puree
  3. Add the rice and pine nuts
  4. Saute, stirring and tossing, until the rice is heated through and has absorbed the butter
  5. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper
  6. Serve hot.
