Rice with Garlic and Pine Nuts Recipe
Pine nuts are a regular ingredient we add to our recipes. This recipe does a fine job of mixing the garlic and pine nut flavors.

Ingredients
- 4 T Unsalted Butter
- 1 Garlic Puree (1 Roasted Head)
- 4 c Cooked Regular Rice
- 3/4 c Pine Nuts
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Directions
- Heat the butter in a wide skillet
- Swirl in the garlic puree
- Add the rice and pine nuts
- Saute, stirring and tossing, until the rice is heated through and has absorbed the butter
- Season with salt and freshly ground pepper
- Serve hot.
