Caper Sauce Recipe

A nice sauce to make up for a change in pace.

Recipe Ingredients

• 1 c Mayonnaise
• 1/4 c Capers
• 1/4 c Sour Cream
• 1 T Dijon-Style Mustard
• 1 T Horseradish
• 1 T White Vinegar
• 1/2 t Sugar

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
2. Refrigerate until needed, serve with pretty much any beef
