chicken and broccoli casserole

Ingredients

  • six chicken thighs
  • 2 heads of broccoli
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • a squeeze of lemon juice

Directions

  1. boil chicken thighs and then shred the meat off the bone then spred chicken on the bottom of the casserole dish
  2. boil broccoli sprouts and then spread the broccoli in a layer above the chicken in the casserole dish
  3. combine the cream of chicken, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice
  4. spread the sauce in a layer coating the broccoli and chicken
  5. put in the oven at 350 degrees for 12 minutes
