Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
- 30 large mushrooms
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach souffle
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. white wine
Directions
- Thaw souffle. Mince mushroom stems. Combine with chopped onion and garlic and saute in butter. Mix with thawed souffle; add cheese and wine and fill caps. Place in buttered baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
