Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Fast & easy for holiday parties

Ingredients

  • 30 large mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach souffle
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine

Directions

  1. Thaw souffle. Mince mushroom stems. Combine with chopped onion and garlic and saute in butter. Mix with thawed souffle; add cheese and wine and fill caps. Place in buttered baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
