Cheddar Spread Recipe

Open face sandwich sancks for the entire family

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Butter
  • 8 oz Cheddar; Sharp, Grated
  • 4 oz Romano Cheese; Grated
  • 1 t Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 t Paprika; Sweet Or Hot

Directions

  1. All the ingredients should be at room temperature before starting this recipe
  2. Whip slowly, in a medium mixing bowl, with the mixer until the mixture is fluffy
  3. Spread on bread slices, sourdough is a good choice of bread
  4. Toast under the broiler until hot.
