Ingredients

• 1 medium Onion
• 3 large cloves garlic
• 1 pound mild or hot Italian sausage
• 1 16 oz. can stewed tomatos
• 1 small can tomato paste
• 1/2 C water
• 1/2 t fennel seeds
• 1/2 t Anise seeds
• 1 T Oregano
• 1/4 C Grape jelly
• 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
• 1 t Italian seasoning

Directions

1. Brown onion, garlic and sausage
2. Add remaining ingredients
3. Stir well and simmer for several hours
