Sour Cream Hamburger Recipe

A little twist on the typical American hamburger recipe. This recipe is only for a single hamburger

Ingredients

  • 2 T Sour Cream
  • 1 T Sliced Green Onion
  • 2 t Fine Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 1/8 t Salt
  • Dash Pepper
  • 1/4 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • Hamburger Bun, split, toasted and buttered
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 Thin Sliced Tomato

Directions

  1. Stir together 2 T sour cream, green onion, bread crumbs, salt and freshly ground pepper
  2. Add ground beef; mix well
  3. Shape the ground beef mixture into one 3/4-inch thick patty
  4. Place the patty in a small baking dish
  5. Loosely cover with clear plastic wrap or waxed paper
  6. Micro-cook, loosely covered, on 100% power for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes
  7. Turn patty over; rotate the baking dish a half turn
  8. Micro-cook, loosely covered, on 100% power for another 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until done
  9. Drain off fat
  10. Drain off fat and serve on toasted bun with lettuce and tomato
